As of today  Bainbridge Island has 193 active listings! First time under 200 in a long time. Of the 193, 2 are contingent (probably need to sell a home to purchase),  4 are condo's , 3 are pre-sales (amazing in this market), and one is a mobile home..That  gives a more accurate number of about 183 homes available of which 4 are bank owned and 16 are short sales. Edward
